These terms govern your use of Mental Beast, a mental performance coaching platform. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.
Mental Beast provides mental performance coaching, self-assessment tools, and educational content for athletes and high performers. It is not therapy, medical care, or mental-health treatment, and nothing on the platform is a diagnosis. If you are struggling with your mental health, talk to a qualified professional. If you are in crisis in the United States, call or text 988.
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Users under 18 may only use the platform with a parent or guardian's consent.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these rules.
Profiles, scores, and insights are generated with AI and reflect patterns in the material you provide. They are starting points for coaching conversations, not facts about a person. They can be incomplete or wrong, and you should treat them accordingly.
Your data stays yours. You give us the limited license needed to store and process it to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The platform, its design, and its coaching materials belong to Mental Beast. Don't copy, resell, or redistribute them.
The service is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable and accurate but can't guarantee uninterrupted service or specific results — athletic, professional, or personal. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mental Beast is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Meaningful changes will be reflected in the effective date above, and continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
